Consider the following questions:

  • When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up? How has that changed – or not changed – over time? Why?
  • What jobs have you held previously? What did you like and dislike about each job?
  • Review the skills developed by the psychology major. Which of these skills do you feel are your strengths? Which skills are more challenging for you? Why?
  • What opportunities are available for you to learn more about yourself and potential careers at your university? How confident are you in your ability to find these opportunities?
